Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Stanley Supply & Services is seeking highly motivated Customer Support Representatives in our North Andover, MA; Bolingbrook, IL; and Phoenix, AZ offices. This is an entry level position in Inside Sales. As a Customer Support Rep, you will support the Inside Sales teams to work towards common quantitative goals marketing industrial/electronic supplies and services. As a team you will work on servicing existing accounts, building relationships and focusing on developing new customer prospects to expand Stanley Supply & Services' market share of the assigned territory.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
• Customer service or telephone sales experience
• Computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel preferred)
• Strong accuracy skills
• Experience with direct order entry system

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inbound order requests with entry to "direct order entry system"
• Respond to other inbound calls such as catalog requests, technical address changes, and other customer requests as required
• Interface with Tech Support and Product Managers in resolving technical products inquiries
• Communicate with purchasing department regarding back orders, specials, and late deliveries
• Complete requests for quotes
• Update marketing and mailing information
• Initiate outbound calls to determine status of open quotes
