need to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, please call
Customer Service at (888) 887-9473 for return authorization number (RA#).
Packages without RA#'s clearly and visibly marked on the outside of the package
will be refused. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in manufacturer's original
packaging, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or
misuse prior to issuance of a credit. Most chemicals and many special ordered
products are not returnable. This policy may be altered for special
circumstances.
All contract items are identified with the GSA logo ( ).
All others are open market items.

disclaims any express or implied warranty, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness, arising out of or in connection with the sale,

satisfaction, simply return it to Stanley Supply & Services postpaid and we will replace it FREE OF
CHARGE. This is in addition to the absolute 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all
products purchased from us. Pricing: Pricing shown is current
catalog pricing, less applicable GSA schedule discounts, and is subject to
change without notice. In the event that this product is on promotion, or your
account is subject to a special pricing schedule, the actual price charged to
your account will be reflected on your order acknowledgement. Back
Orders: If an ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted and we
will advise you of the anticipated shipping date. At that time you have the

account in good standing, or to your Government Credit Card.
Taxes: Sales taxes will not be charged for orders shipping to applicable Federal

Flexible and Convenient Shipping Options
Free Shipping: Stanley Supply & Services pays best surface charges to any single
destination in the continental US. AK, HI, PR, APOs & FPOs are shipped via
4th class mail. Exceptions: certain shipping containers, workbenches and
chairs.
Shipping Information: Orders for in-stock products placed from the
Stanley Supply & Services Web site that are received by 4:00pm MST Monday - Friday (except
holidays) will be shipped within 24 hours via best method for established
accounts or authorized credit card payments. Most orders ship on the same
day. Emergency/Expedited/Overnight/2-Day Shipping: Stanley Supply & Services can
accommodate your requests for express shipping. Place your order by 2pm Mountain
Standard Time to ensure that orders for in-stock items can ship that day.
Express shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Urgent
Requirement: Clause I-FSS-140-B applies. Agencies can contact contractor to
possibly affect a faster delivery.
