3888 is a silver two component (resin & hardener) epoxy adhesive. Designed for bonding metals, ceramics, rubbers and plastics used in electronic parts, where good adhesion combined with electrical and thermal conductivity is required. Applications include solder replacement, repair/rework of interconnections.
